We believe in fostering a safe, positive and inclusive environment on Kumu. To ensure these standards are met we have created some content guidelines and a policy to ensure everyone is safe. Experts are expected to adhere to these guidelines when sharing content on our platform.
Creators must not share or promote content that:
- Promotes discrimination, hate speech, or harm based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation or any other characteristics
- Endorses or glorifies harm, self-harm, violence or dangerous activities
- Misleads or deceives your audience
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property
- Promotes explicit sexual content, nudity or adult content
- Showcases any illegal activities including but not limited to drug abuse, violence or any form of criminal behaviour
- Exploits or endangers children
- Showcases hate speech, harassment, bullying or threats
- Has been paid for by an external third party e.g. paid promotions or paid advice
Violations of these guidelines may result in removal of content, suspension or permanent account termination.
