How do I verify my credentials/account?

To verify your credentials or account:

• Navigate to the ‘Credentials’ section in your ‘Account Setting.”.
• Upload your relevant qualifications. Note it must not be larger than 1GB and in PDF format
• Note: you must consent to us collecting your personal information as per our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
• Once completed, your account will be marked as verified.

This process may take up to 48 hours. In the meantime, you can start getting your content ready but you will not be able to publish it until you have been verified.
